Scheduling Your First Appointment

Getting started is simple. Call our office at (248) 828-3091, and our front desk team will find a time that works for you. We typically have openings within the same week, including select Saturday appointments for patients with tight weekday schedules.

What to Bring to Your First Visit

A little preparation makes your first appointment go faster. Please bring:

• A photo ID
• Your dental insurance card, if you have coverage
• A list of any current medications
• Records or X-rays from a previous dentist, if you have them on hand
  

If you'd like to save time in our waiting room, ask our team about completing new patient paperwork ahead of your visit.

What Happens During Your First Visit

Your first appointment starts with a conversation, not a drill. We'll take the time to learn about your dental history, any concerns you'd like addressed, and what you're hoping to get out of your dental care. From there, your exam typically includes a comprehensive evaluation of your teeth and gums, any necessary X-rays, and a thorough dental cleaning if you're due for one. Dr. Chase or Dr. Austin will review their findings with you directly and take the time to answer all of your questions before recommending any next steps. We believe you should always understand what we're recommending, why it's recommended, and what your options are. Nothing is added to your treatment plan without you understanding why it's there. Our goal is to make your first visit comfortable, informative, and focused on the care that's right for you.

Insurance and Payment Options

We accept most major dental insurance plans and will help verify your benefits before any treatment begins. For patients paying out of pocket, we accept all major credit cards and offer financing options, so cost doesn't have to stand between you and the care you need. If you have questions about your specific plan, our administrative team is happy to walk through it with you before your appointment.
